    A small puppy of 1 month was attacked by a mad dog today around 9:30 AM. He bite him under his neck. He was bleeding there. I tried to apply betadine but I was unsuccessful. So I left him there. I need help to rescue that boy. Can anybody come to rescue him. Near AIIMS Patna
